. do not upload my models to anyone else's account.

. if you are buying a model or asset for someone else, include their information AND yours.

. do not reuse textures/assets unless purchased/boosted from the original creators.

. please do not use my work for any NSFW content creation what-so-ever.

. please credit me when you post my avatars on any social media platform. ex: "avatar name" by fetty or fettybites

. MY WORK IS COPYRIGHT PROTECTED.

you CANNOT:

. make my models public.

. share any files with ANYONE.

. claim my work as your own.

commission tos:

. please note that i only take payment through paypal.

. i take payments after the rough idea is confirmed.

it can take up to 2 months to complete a commission. this can change at any time, meaning it can take longer/less time. this all depends on how my time is being used.

. please do NOT rush me.

. the commissioner is allowed to ask for progress/WIP updates at any time.

i have the rights to my own work. this means i have the rights to share your commission on my social media and putting it into my portfolio.

you CANNOT:

. make the commissioned model public.

. share the commissioned model's files with ANYONE.

. claim the commissioned model as your own work.
